LEBANON, Tenn. — Spencer Bolton was arrested on Monday after smoking marijuana in a courtroom in Lebanon.
Boston was in General Sessions Court to talk about his simple possession case, where Boston went on to tell the judge how marijuana should be legalized.
Now here’s where the story turns EPIC!
Boston then reached into his pocked, pulled out a rolled up joint, placed it into his mouth, broke out some matches and then proceeded to light the joint and smoke it in the courtroom.
The courtroom erupted into laughter as you could imagine and Boston was obviously taken into custody. He is now being charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession of marijuana.
