Kevin Bacon has been a household name for decades, but curiosity got the best of him and wondered what life would be like to be amongst us common folks… so he went undercover.
Bacon told Vanity Fair that he hired a prosthetic specialist to disguise himself and then decided to spend the day at a mall in the Los Angeles area. Not only did no one recognize him, but Kevin went as far to say being a normal person “sucks.”
People were kind of pushing past me, not being nice. Nobody said, ‘I love you.’ I had to wait in line to, I don’t know, buy a f****** coffee or whatever. I was like, This sucks. I want to go back to being famous.
The horror! Waiting in line for a coffee! I’m sure, since he’s gone back to being famous, he’s had someone grab him a few coffees to cope with the stress of normalcy.
