Playing the lotto paid off for someone in Knoxville.
The Tennessee Lottery said a Powerball ticket matched 5 of the 6 winning numbers during Saturday’s (7/20) drawing, and with the Power Play option, it resulted in a $2 million win.
The ticket was sold at Publix at 2010 Town Center Boulevard in Knoxville.
Powerball winners have 180 days from drawing to claim their winnings.
Anyone who wins $200,000+ playing the TN lottery must go to the headquarters in Nashville to get their prize.
