After five years in the making, and delay after delay, the anticipated Kern’s Food Hall in South Knoxville is FINALLY opening to the public on Saturday, April 13th.
The food hall will be unveiling their first wave of vendors that are officially open for business, including various food spots and retailers. This includes:
- Archer Paper Goods
- AVA Italian
- Awaken Coffee
- Flourish Flowers
- Hey Bear Cafe
- Irvey’s Ice Cream
- Mae Lee’s Boutique
- Monday Night Brewing
- Vols Nail Spa
- Zukku Sushi
According to the Facebook event page, there will be other pop-up shops and food trucks on site for the big opening, plus live music.
Knox News reports that parking is free at Kern’s for the first 90 minutes.
Kern’s describes the atmosphere as a perfect day for a lively friends gathering or a cozy date night.
Kern’s Food Hall hours will be Sunday-Thursday: 7a-9p; Friday & Saturday: 7a-10p. They’re located at 2201 Kerns Rising Way.
