Sure, you can watch a movie at home, but sometimes it’s nice to get out of the house and see a movie at the theater… especially when it’s a classic film at a classic venue.
Beginning in July, Tennessee Theatre will kick off their Summer Movie Magic series and it gives you a chance to revisit some of your favorite classics or see one for the first time.
Moviegoers will travel back in time and see these classics, as they should be: in a historic theater originally built as a movie palace surrounded by other movie-lovers, enjoying some popcorn and a cold drink.
The lineup:
July 27
The Lion King (2p)
The Matrix (7p)
August 10
Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (2p)
Thelma & Louise (8p)
August 24
Harry Potter & The Sorcerer’s Stone (2p)
Jurassic Park (8p)
