Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce may not have been teammates on the football field; but off the field they’re brothers, co-hosts of a podcast, and now cereal connoisseurs.
The brothers teamed up with General Mills to come out with “Kelce Mix” — hitting nationwide shelves this September. They didn’t create a new flavor, but rather are mixing their three favorite cereals into one box. The mix will contain: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Reese’s Puffs.
This is what they meant when they said “breakfast of champions.”
General Mills reached out to the brothers about the collaboration after they mentioned their favorite cereals, during an episode on their New Heights podcast, last year.
The box will feature both brothers on the front, and there will even be special edition individual boxes of the aforementioned cereals, plus Honey Nut Cheerios – another Kelce favorite.
According to General Mills, the Kelce brothers attended “Cereal Training Camp” where they had to compete in different challenges.
A series of content spotlighting the brothers’ time at Cereal Training Camp will be coming soon to online, TV and social channels.
